How to Order Your Pressed Bridal Bouquet

Free Consultation Once you have chosen your wedding date, you may wish to arrange an appointment with Pressed Flower Gallery for a free personalized consultation. During this consultation session, we will gladly answer any questions you may have, and as well, you may wish to select the bouquet, frame type, frame color and background color for your artwork. As well, the groom's boutonniere and a wedding invitation may also be included in the frame. ( GIFT CERTIFICATES for our services are available throughout the year.) B. Order Form and Drop-Off/Pick-Up Once you have decided the layout and accessories on your bridal bouquet, an order form must be completed and received by Pressed Flower Gallery at least 2 weeks prior to the pick-up date--which is to be arranged in advance. To ensure the best quality, minimal delay and damage to your bridal bouquet, it is advisable to have your bouquet delivered to Pressed Flower Gallery through one of the three following methods -- personal drop-off, express pick-up, and/or overnight shipping. For customers choosing to ship overnight, the Gallery will provide packing material and shipping instructions. C. Payment Once you have placed your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total is required. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the artwork. D. Time Required The time required to preserve your wedding bouquet is approximately 30-45 days and may vary depending on the types of flowers and weather conditions. Once completed, a letter requesting the remaining balance will be mailed. The letter will include a picture of the finished artwork for your approval. E. Delivery Once Pressed Flower Gallery has received the remaining balance and signed approval notice, your artwork will be available for pick-up or delivery, as you choose. Final payment must be received before the artwork will be released. Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer. |
