Your
signature on this agreement serves as your consent to allow Pressed
Flower Gallery (PFG) to design your bridal bouquet artwork using
their best judgement and discretion based on your selections. Kindly
note that because PFG artwork is custom made, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Once your artwork has been completed and delivered, any changes
or alterations you may desire shall be charged to you, including
the cost of materials, labor and shipping.
A non-refundable 50% deposit must accompany all orders. Completed
order forms, along with the deposit, should be received by PFG two
(2) weeks prior to your wedding date to avoid late order
charges. Your pressed bridal bouquet will be completed 30-45 days
after PFG receives the bouquet. When the artwork is finished you
will be mailed a picture of it along with an Approval Notice requiring
your signature, and a Request for Balance letter. Final payment
and the signed Approval Notice must be received by PFG before the
finished artwork will be released. Any checks returned unpaid by
a client's bank will be subject to a $30 service charge.
If it is necessary for a bridal bouquet to be completed by a special
date, you must alert PFG at the time the order is placed. If such
a deadline is less than 30 days, a rush-order charge may be assessed.
The manner in which you handle and ship your flowers, as well as
the condition of the flowers themselves, affects the quality of
your bridal bouquet. Therefore, PFG will assume no liability for
any damage to your flowers prior to their arrival at our gallery.
Since your bouquet has probably experienced some wear by the time
it is received by PFG, some flowers may require replacement. If
replacement is necessary, PFG will notify clients of any additional
charges. If flowers are partially damaged, the damaged parts will
be removed. Under such circumstances the final artwork may be smaller
than the original size. The color of the final product may change
after the pressing process. Color touch-ups will be made on the
browned areas or upon request. However, there is no guaranty against
color fading because the flowers' natural pigment will fade with
time.
Cancelled orders will be subject to a $75 cancellation charge and/or
the surrendering of the deposit. The liability of PFG is confined
to a 100% refund of the initial deposit due to fragility of flowers.
